relay details needed

Hi everyone
The front heated windscreen relay looks shot in my 24v. Swapped it with ignition lock one to be sure. Like a muppet I have left it at home. Does anyone know where I can get a list of the relay numbers so I can order a replacement today?

Sorry I didn't make it clearer in my original message but I was wondering if there is a list anywhere of the actual manufacturing/serial number of the relays anywhere so I could give that to a supplier.
Unfortunately when I call up suppliers I tend to get the old "ooh thats a rare car now" answer so though that the manufacturers number would be easier as I assume that the same relays are still used on various models.

Dean. The relay is Black and has the following numbers:
Ford GU1 HD
83BG 14N089 CA
V23134-J4-X37
12 70a
PA
And that is how the details appear on the relay in the positions shown.
It appears a common Ford relay..there's one on E-Bay for a fiver but I'm sure one of the lads will have one unless you have access to a scrap yard. If you're stuck PM me your address and I'll sort one for you.  The 83BG number seems to be the one you need to quote.
