My Ex-Cossie,  currently a dead 2.3 DOHC engineswap project, waiting for a wiring loom transplant is
standing silently in the garage, so I had to leave the Dragon without a car for two days.
Today being day One. First thing in the morning the Dragon rings and starts burning my ears... Our
teenager was supposed to go to school whit her scooter today, but it had a flat battery - I was told. After
questioning more, it turned out that the battery was indeed flattened out by trying to start the bloody
thing as long as there was power left in battery!

And quess what! It's my cars fault! That's Dragons logic...  Shocked I did tell them that the scooter/moped has
a kickstart too. The teenager has used it before, so i just don't know why not this time...

Well .. if you thouhgt that's not so bad, now hear this... My Granny lost no. 4 gear this morning. My
beautiful Granny! Bloody *BEEP*. Read The Granny Online and came up with only one solution, the VSS or
it's wiring. But don't have any tools with me, I'm visiting a customer 350km from home.

Ach...  how I look forward driving back home tomorrow evening, tired and having only three gears
to play with. An angry Dragon waiting for me...

Har!

Another Dragon story! She took the Granny to town today. Went pickup some berries
and a gift to her friend. Dumped them into the trunk, with the ONLY key to the car.
Grin

Then gives me a ring - left the keys into the boot, what now ...

Had to drive to the town, 44km with a set of tools. She had obeyed my advice
(that never happened before) and deadlocked the Granny. Well we all know
how easy it is to get into the car after that, without breaking the windows.
She did not tell me that thouhg, so I tried in vain to open the doors while
the alarm was screaming, with a long blade I had with me.
Grin

When I realized it's deadlock (hooked one the doorhandles and praised it to
open) I had to call a locksmith...

He then drilled (took him an hour!) the trunk lock into bits and piece and
got in there.

Sorted. Only 70 euros.  Embarassed

I thought Dragons could fly!? Why they need my beautiful car!?

still have'nt got it back, but looked at the puter and its reading 14.7 mpg. so will expect to get it back soon, probably with an empty tank, but it will be worth it.  Grin can't believe how much more comfy and smoother my 12 year old car is compared to her 02 mondeo.

Hi John,
does this mean Mrs Dragon will be doing the driving/flying down to Cornwall?
You're right about the comfort - haven't sat in any car yet to match the Scorp.

Let us know how you get on - have fun

I have a great idea that could help you my friend lol, call the Police, tell them its been stolen and once they find it,with dragon driven, pick it up from the police, deny all knowledge of who the dragon is ans there you go, you have your car back with no chance of it going again cos she will be locked up ha ha, not sure if its a bit drastic but we need to do something about these people who find it funny to keep a man from his scorp
