Solve my credit problems.

HELP!!!
just put my crefit cards in holder onto open ashtray and they seem to have slipped down behind it into the centre console. Can anone tell me if there is a way of removing the ash tray to get access without having to strip down centre console
(One way to control spending I suppose.)

In short NO sorry.......... good way to stop the spending though... Just ask for new cards and cancel those.. got to be easier that stipping it all down.. unless of course you can get at them by removng the cetre consul which is quite and easy job........

Why not take the radio out - if its the 7000 you would enough room to get down the back - make sure you have the code just in case!
You may even be lucky and get it via the back of the footwell!
The centre console should stop it coming forward so I would guess its in the void behind the ashtray

Thanks for your replys guys, I got at the ashtray eventually by loosening of the dash facia and pulling forward enough to get at the 4 bolts holding the ashtray in once the ash tray was out i was able to remove the cover plate on it an retrieve my cards. Because of the cover plate on the ashtray the only solution was to remove it. It wasn't that bad a job as i didn't have to disconnect anything from the facia. So problem resolved.
