I have a similar problem but with my fuel cap, it keeps on locking and unlocking...... It kind of solves by locking the car with the key.....and then unlocking it from the remote, and also lock the door manualy and start the engine then turn it off ....and that should do it. Doing so it cures my problem ......but after a while it does it agin.....at least i know that it's from my "altered" alarm wireing (verry long storry)
