im hoping someone can help me  Huhi have a small split in the themostat housing on my p reg 2.3l. the housing appears to be plastic. Is this a seperate part and easily fixed?or is it a part of the intake manifold Sad

I'm affraid it is part of the manifold  Sad
 
If it's only a small split them you could try repairing it with 'Quik- Steel'. I repaired mine a few months back & it's still holding. The trick is to repair it on the inside first & then patch up the outside  Wink

i fixed mine with stelmax pvc glue 2 years ago still ok
