I'm tempted, however my scorp is far too hammered to be side by side with such gleaming examples Pete

| hi pete all that's asked is that you give your car a clean. very few of us have 'show' examples. hell, my car's been wrote off and is suffering from a bad bump to the rear bumper, but hopefully that'll be fixed before this meeting. the point i'm trying to make is this, it's annual get together just to have a laugh and put names to faces, etc. come along and join in. more details with follow around easter time. regards andrew, snoopy, barry & richard.

Andrew, The one thing that would be helpful is any suggestions as to where to stay in or around the area if we have anyone in the region with knowledge of such things. Hope to make it, Mike.

Bliss Harewood House is sticky. Well moderated you moderators! Depends on budget Mike, have a look at Tulip Hotel at Glasshoughton on the internet, about 35 minute drive up the A1 from there. Or Comfort Inn at Selby Fork, 20 minues away or you could always try the Harewood Arms? At the entrance to the park. Actually we could do with a list, I will look into it when I get back fom Texas. I know... I am absolutely sick as a pig. I only noticed last night because I decided to book the Holiday Inn for the Saturday night so we didn't have to get Connor up too early and travel the 60 odd miles to Harewood. Only as I was clicking the date did it dawn on me that we had already booked the Holiday Inn near the Champs-Elysées!! We are going with my business partner and his family so can't drop out. I will be doing the Billing one though and a few more including the Scorpio Island jaunt down on Hayling Island... so the car can get a run out! And after I have just had the repairs to the rear door done just for Harewood as well!
