Probably easier to look for a replacement engine or a complete car to dismantle. Baz has a 2.3 car for sale at present. Look in the Cars for sale section. Breakers don't want the hassle of dismantling engines for Heads etc. They generally just sell the complete engine/gearbox. Edbangers idea is sound. One of the best sites is Breakerlink. HERE I used this site recently to find a part for my wife's Suzuki Vitara, and had 9 breakers ring me with offers. Well worth a try.

I have a head on the 2.3 i am breaking, but the head gasket has blown not not sure what condition it will be in. Maybe it could be skimmed before you start work changing it on your car Ian

donnell, if your stuck, the 2.0l 16v cylinder head fit's, ive got a 2.3 running a 2.0l head and the aluiminum intake from the 2.0l, runs with no problems at all if you go this route, give me a pm and i'll guide you through piping up the 2.0 intake to the 2.3's engine and bits
