Thermostat hoses....

Just found a split in one of the hoses coming off the thermostat (not sure which one though) Does anyone have a set of 3 spare ones (just in case the others are duff!) Or if someone can tell me the part numbers for the 3 hoses; one goes through the "V" one goes to the water pump and the other I think goes to the radiator. I haven't got my parts catalogue machine working yet!! Thanks Baz

Baz 7334646 - is the bad boy thermostat bypass hose 7334644 - is the small elbow to the water pump 1053121 - is the bottom radiator hose 1006844 - is the upper inlet manifold gasket (you'll need 2) 6326205 - is the EGR valve gasket (this is what you will need if you do the bad boy) 7334678 - is the thermostat Just done all these on mine (& replaced the stat) My local FMD told me that the bottom rad hose is no longer made by henry so I have kept the one I took off if you end up needing that one, the others were shot though (hence the change) the other thing to check is to make sure the stat housing is not leaking - mine had a little pin hole in the side which on examination could have been caused by years of vibrating against the a/c pump bracket that it hides behind. if this is the case they are like rocking horse poo,(& £60 ish) I had the one I took off silver soldered, havn't been able to test it but it is in the shed as a spare. New parts from fordparts uk less the thermostat comes to about £50

Thanks for that.... I have emailed Trev at fordparts. The stat should be fine as this was only changed last year during one of the many radiator changes!! Baz
