They were more common in Germany and Europe than over here and were available on mostly the lower spec models as the seats didn't have all the electrical movement capabilities of the Ultima seats. Specifying one for an ultima meant a loss of seat functionality!! As another bit of anoracky stuff, some German cars were made with a black wood finish to the dash, gear surround and door cappings rather than the brown wood we all have here. I think it was on a special edituion car known as the Scorpio Sapphire or something like that anyway! The seats also came as a pack with the wood and leather steering wheel Baz

| I've just had a 6' 11" second row rugby forward in my front passenger seat, seat adjusted to take him fine. Can you post a pic of your wife tlundkvi??
