Are the heated seat switches supposed to be illuminated when the lights are on? I dont mean the green LED but the little picture. Mine arent but they were on my Mk3 and I even saved one out of my Mk3 which was a brand new one and that doesnt light up either

Think ianmc might have meant the heated screen switch further to my first post, i came home tonight and the new one i had put in was illuminated, didnt think it was before but then again tonight was the first time i had driven it in the dark since fitting it, so i guess the bulb is out on the other one. might have a trip to the scrappy since they seem to be the same as the granada, and as i recall, you cant get in them to successfully replace the bulb. why Fords dont put LED's in rather than bulbs i dont know, i replaced the bulbs in a Mk3's window switches with green LED's and they were fine (you have to add a resistor though..a very tiny one!) last a lot longer than bulbs.
