Yep. Trevor's your man. There's Trevor and Roger and they're both very helpful and spot on for getting the right parts at good prices. Pretty quick delivery too.

hi Paul B and Craig. Can you tell me how many years it takes to get a price from that trevor feller. I raise the page that is their order form and did all I was required and it was sent. but I did not know for sure wether they had received it. So I did it again, but this time a email by AOL which gives me a receipt to confirm that it has in fact been sent for sure. This was yesterday afternoon. not had any reply. as yet

Hi John. That does sound a bit odd. As Snoopy demonstrated just now, they are usually really quick. And they even seem to do night shifts as well. I don't know what to suggest except try again. And maybe check that your settings are not so that you're blocking e-mails from them.. Just a thought.

i will try once more tomorrow. but they must have a mumbo jumbo email address, because checking their statue, on aol, it says that their emails cannot be checked to see if they have been opened. but i did put my telephone number on the email. and i don't have any blocking system for them my computer is set up as allow all but those listed and i have not listed them.

The e-mail status thing is great, but it only works between AOL members. For instance, if you sent me an e-mail, you would be told when I'd read it. But as soon as you 'cross networks' it will only say that it can't be checked.

got a reply now. it did not help when the first time i put a K instead of a T. like this. trevor@fordparksuk.com instead of trevor@fordpartsuk.com. any postage is cheaper, than using your petrol to travel to the Ford main dealer and stand in a queue, be told they need to order it so you got another journey, more petrol and more of your valuable time. More power to their elbow.

My last trip to my FMD was ok really. Yes there was a queue at the parts counter, of which I was number 4, but they were also having an 'open day' due the launch of the new Focus (Hocus-Pocus) and had a s**t load of food laid on for the punters. Some guy came and told me to eat... so I did

to be honest nick,i cant actually remember !!!!! they were ordered with the headlight lenses, some time ago,the lenses arrived as quick as a flash, but it looks like royal mail "ate the mats",i think they were about the £40.00 mark, but dont hold me to that,i'm sure paul knows what i paid anyway because i e-mailed the prices to him................ but whatever the cost, they do look real nice, and actually fit the car very nicely (apparently not like pauls left hand drive set ).. just as a footnote to this, although the first set did not turn up,trevor at ford-parts was a great help indeed, nothing was too much trouble, another set was ordered up,and dispatched as soon as they had arrived at his end.......

Hmm.... my left hand drive set... I do have my doubts about those still I must say. But... they do fit and do still look bloody good. And they will be going back in once the weather's better (they're still in pristine condition Nick ) Craig...yours were £36.16 which I think was plus VAT. Not as cheap as mine (cheers Nick) but still not too bad a price I think.
