Does anybody know if multiplex was assembled in every Scorpio? I heard that it wasn't in face-lift models, is it true?

Strange... I thought this was on all models. I can't see that they'd change the type of wiring for the 'run-out' cars.

As far as I am aware Multiplex wiring was used on all models of the scorpio. it was the same all through the range, just different coponents of it were activated on different model type. see the main site for fuller details

I was wanting to up grade my interior mirrow a wile back. I wanted to use the ultima auto dip one. However when I eased out the light to check out the wiring. There simply just isnt any for the upgrade. Im wondering if I would have to tap into these light wires. Or should there be others?

Paul, Snoopy, thanks. That's exactly what I thought as well, but sometimes some doubts appear when you listen to other people...
