Hi all, was just wondering for all you cosworth owners with LPG conversions, how many miles do you get from a tank of LPG and how much does it cost. Was kind of hoping we could use my format for east reading E.G. Miles:12345 Cost:£1234 Area: I.e. mainly town or motorways

Hi there, I get between 4 and 5 miles to the litre dependant on whether I'm in town or on the motorway. The tank holds 48 litres and I'm paying 29.9p / litre so just under £15 to fill the tank and I get between 190 and 240 miles to the tank. It's got to be the way to go!!! HTH Thunderchild

Mine is a 2.9 litre 12v Ultima on LPG for about 9 months now. I used to try and compare MPG and all that bollo**s. I just see how much per mile I am paying. I do mega miles every week. It costs between 8.5 - 10 pence per mile This is less than my old Escort diesel. No contest or what. Dave

LPG deffinatly the way to go, expect to pay approx £2000.00 for a top quality sequential system, sounds a lot I know but when you can get gas for less than 30p per litre it soon adds up. you dont do more to the gal its just the price differance in the fuel costs.
