Removing the Glove Box

Does anybody know how I could remove the glove box? I stared at it for almost an hour, but could see no clips or screws or anything. I don't want to remove the entire crash padding, I only want to take the glove box out.

I have an annoying squeek, which seems to be caused by friction between the crash padding and the walls of the glove box. I want to remove the box and see if I can do something about that squeek.

Thank you.

You open it a nd then it just pulls out. You need to be a bit forcefull as it sits in 2 clips at the rear/bottom. To replace is a bit more difficult as you need to locate these and then push it home. You will see what i mean when you remove it. john.n Wink

I'm sorry, my question wasn't very clear. Embarassed

I was actually talking about the box that contains the glove box, I mean the plastic "walls". If you remove the pivoting part, the actual glove box that is, you're left with a big plastic box that fills the hole in the dashboard. This is what I want to remove, this big box, because the squeek comes from between its walls and the crashpad.

Thanks.

I would have thought that the walls were a part of the dash  Huh

if you have no luck, let me know and i'll try to find it again.
