Looking at ebay over the past few months prices seem to be creeping upwards,especially the Cosworth variants,most reasonable condition ones seem to go for upwards of £1500,just when I'm after another!!!

Yep have done, if you are spending a lot go and have a good long look first and get someone to run a scan on it before you buy it.
They are great cars but they can have many expensive problems so its better to wait for a good one

hope that was not 1 week of down time each month .  i hope the price will allow for any poss work needed. ebay offers a hpi check so i guess i will invest in that.I hope im not bidding against a member but the 1 owner 2.o model with 48k miles looks the part.if you think not i would appreciate your comments.i trust you wont jump in front on the bids
