I have just bought a 95 Scorpio Ultima Cosworth and it dose not apear to have Global Locking. Can this be converted to Global locking. What bit controls this. IE Central control  module or something else. My other 95 Scorpio Is fitted with the Steve Colister Global locking Unit and this is fantastic. Would like to fit same to my Cosworth car as no way of telling if doors are locked when using the remote

I believe off other posts that Steve no longer owns a Scorpio and to that end probably won't make any more locking thingys....

Are you sure your car isn't fitted with global closing? send me your reg or vin number on a pm and I will check on the computer

Mine doesnt seem to have it  Sad , a November 94 build, would love to be able to do the james bond thing with the windows.   Cool

Still love popping the boot in car parks and see people doing double takes.  Grin

chris..
there was a mod availiable to fit to the car which let you open/close the windows and sunroof via the remote control, sadly though i hear the maker of the units has sold his scorpio and is no longer making any up.... Cry
unless someone else with the time/patience and electrical know-how decides to start another batch going, looks like thats the end of it i'm afaraid...
