The heated seat swithes should be green, then have amber light when activated. Dont try and fix them as they are a pain in the backside!! Best get a working set off a member. I take they still physicly function?

I've replaced both the LED's in the switches , initially very fiddly to remove from the dash and even more fiddlier to dismantle and replace . But if you have patience, a steady hand and are good with a soldering iron it's possible. You can get the wee 12v LED's from Maplins .

the switches use filament blbs to illuminate, but i have installed LEDs now from some electric window switches just a bit of soldering required to do it.
