Afraid my only real experience of rust is on our 1966 Morris Minor 1000. But for what its worth I would be looking at cutting out the rusty bit and welding in a new section there if it would be strong enough, not sure whether you would need a new section depending on where exactly it is on the frame. Cheers

It is on the frame there the crossmember sleeves are mounted to the floor! In the rear of the car! I did ask my local FMD if there was any spareparts, They did tell me the parts has been deleted from the list! My car is only eight year and Ford dont have parts is that ok?
