I thought I saw an article on this site, or perhaps some words, which described how the heating on the front seats worked. But I can't find it! Anyone any ideas, please. With winter approaching I need to get the passenger seat sorted out.

So the driver's one works ? You may be disappointed, as the seat elements are rather delicate ( like the front windscreen filaments ) so be prepared for the fact that they may be shot.

If you need a spare, I've got the bottom and back pads you can have. Check the connectors are plugged in first, seriously

The drivers side heated seat no longer works on my '94 Grananda Scoprio (old shape). I've checked the wiring plug and there is voltage across it, so I assume it's the heated element that needs replacing. Does anyone know if this is expensive or difficult to do? Many thanks
