Local dealer might be your best bet for a part like that, highly unlikely to be peculiar to the scorpio and a main dealer will normally fetch one from the stock of another dealer...
Fordparts UK are great but a 4-6 week wait for a standard reg is a bit strong

Cheers Bruce, I am going to go to my local ford spares shop at the weekend and see what their prices are, I would rather pay a extra couple of quid and get it sooner.
