AUTO 2 MANUAL GEARBOX CONVERSION.!!!!!!

HI lads & lasses.
I'm looking to change a 2.3 auto to a manual.
First question. Has anyone done this to a scorp.
I've done manual conversions before to capris, escorts granadas etc.
I am expecting to change flywheel, clutch, cl master cyl/pipe, clutch and brake pedal (do I need pedal box) or will pedals fit. Gearbox. gear lever. Will I need prop?
Is their anything else I have forgotten......

Hi does any one know if the length of the Auto box and prop the same length as Manual box and prop....
Any other tips might help...
