climate control conversion

i was talking 2 someone today and he said that it is possible to swap my lower spec ghia air con /blower switches to ultima spec climate control.by swaping the panel plus watever control unit is behind it...is this possible does any one know?

hi there
there's more to it than that. dash sunlight sensor, 2 footwell sensors, some sort of connection to the vss, hbc, wiring loom, etc.
could maybe be done if the donor car was along side it.
