i took the main tensioner of today but it now feels like its locked and wont move, does anyone know how to get it moving freely again...........

well it does but dosnt, if that makes any sense, before i took it off it moved, now its off it dosnt move

hi there don't think you can move it, off the car. it takes a fair bit of pressure on it to move it, so you can change the belt. give it a bit of oil and refit it. see if it works then. hth
