i cannot change my 1995 scorpio trip computer display change from kmh to mph on the display? ive tried pressing the s button for a few seconds but it will not change?.. any ideas.

it's a common fault, remove the switch, open it up (4 clips) and give the contacts a good clean, reassemble and job should be a gooden matt

Details of removing and dismantling can be found HERE. Also worth checking the underside of the circuit board as there can can be dry joints on the soldering of the switches. To clean the switches best thing is a bit of contact cleaner and a toothbrush. Dave
