Thanks Scorpio-Man, but its the blower vents that i want to remove, whats happening is when i turn the blower on, but have the vents shut, the cold/hot is still coming through, so i was hopin i could take out the plastic vents without removing all the fascia, i read on here, that the foam rots, and basically needs replacing, then the draughts will stop, but i just need help in removing them. Many thanks though matey Ron

The vents are attached with screws to the back of the facsia so you will need to remove it to access them.
