ive changed my boot but the lock opens with anything put in it, but my old lock is no good its rock solid. so does any one know how to strip the lock apart and swap the insides over, thanks all

hi there i've got one in my shed, but i've never tried taking it apart. have you seen the door lock re-build? maybe the same idea? hth

ye i checked that, its slightly different, ive don it know, just got to remember to put grease around the barrel before putting it back in
