hi jc it's just a universal lambda. they do tend to come with different coloured wiring. the 2 blacks are for the heater which i think are 12volts (not sure), the other 2 are an earth and a signal (1 volt). shouldn't be any damage if you get them mixed up, but i'd try wiring it up as per the sellers instructions. http://www.cats-direct-shop.co.uk/lambda-sensors.php

Cheers mate .....I've found a wiring chart on 'Cats direct' that shows blue as the signal & white as the earth, so it should be okay
