Hope someone may be able to help, have just taken ownership of 1996 Scorpio Cosworth which has decided to leak coolant. It is coming from the pipe at the top of the bottom hose where the hose goes into a metal T piece its the short section of hose that goes from the top of the T piece into the engine, any ideas of the best way to get to this. Also can I get hold of a manual for the Cossie. Any help gratefully received Thanks Shirley

Shirley, sounds like the pipe coming from the thermostat. The chap that did mine over 2 years ago swung the a/c compressor out of the way, think you also need to remove the inlet manifolds (silver pipework). All manuals are here on the site. Go to the main page and do a search for what you need. Hope this helps

Hi; Just to clarify. There is no Haynes Manual for any of the Scorpio Ultima Models. They never produced one. As Dave rightly points out, virtually everything you need to know about the car is right here on the site. There are a number of CD Manuals which sell on Ebay, but, in general, they only contain the same information that's here anyway. I think you'll find that the owners of the car (and there's lots of Cossie owners) will give you all the advice and help you'll ever need right here on these great forums. What Model have you got?

Click on the FORD SCORPIO banner at the top of the page which willtake you to the front page and give you a list down the left hand side. Start with 'fault finder' and just work your way down the list. You can also scroll to the very bottom of the page and enter a word in the 'search' box which equally will direct you to a list of 'articles'.
