Had to replace a headlight bulb which meant moving the expasnsion tank out ofthe way. When I came to refit it the pipe that leaves the filler cap area was just dangling. Where should it go or is supposed to dangle? Muchos Gracias for any one with a 24V who can check for me

as its the 24v you should have 2 connections on the side of the header tank, one to the rad and one in free air (is an overflow/pressure release pipe and should just sit down the side of the wing pointing to the ground

Thanks Matt. However the filler cap `area` has only 1 pipe leaving, the other 2 are further below. I`ll let it dangle........

Cosworth actually has three pipes connected to the header tank; one connects to the rad, another connects to the v-block and the third is the free dangling/pressure relief pipe.
