No, the green relay is actually a relay tower and contains three individual relays and many more pins than a standard relay. However I wouldn't expect them to fail in normal use - far more likely to be the wiring! Check both fuses for the fans (2x 20A in the battery side fusebox), and the loom where it passes in front of the radiator, behind the front cross-member.
