Help I've just spent an arm and most of a leg on a new all singing etc etc alarm you name it, it does it BUT where and what colours are the wires for the cl and boot popper some body told me there in the left hand footwell? My other half already thinks I sleep with my car I like it so much so I don't want to kill it by blowing it up Cheers Paul

hi there sorry to say, but scorpio's don't really like 'other' alarm systems being added to them. but, if you still want to add it, the central locking wire (yellow/blue) is in the l/h side footwell. see it here. it's higher up than you might think and there's a lot of wires in there. can't help with the boot one, though.

I believe you will need to connect your new alarm to the wiring from the key switch on either of the front doors - however the deadlocking feature (if your car has it) probably won't work. The boot lid opens via a relay if your alarm has an output to trigger this - however it may set off the Ford factory-fitted alarm when used... Darren
