TOWING PRESSURES ON TD ESTATE

Hi there, I have a 2.5td ultima estate that use for towing quite often. Like most people i haven't got a manual and i need to know the recomended tyre pressures for towing. If someone could help that would be fantastic as i'm taking the caravan away next week to enjoy the beautiful English summer! (yeah right!)
