Outstanding issues

Just put my Scorp through it's MOT.  It's got 160k miles on in and passed 1st time with just an advisory stating that my washer jets were out of line!!  How pleased am I?  I do have a couple of ongoing repairs like 'Need my Sunroof looking at, CC doesn't blow hot air and some electrical niggles.  Does anyone know a good independant garage in the Bristol thats knows a thing or two about Scorps?  Many thanks.

Windscreen washers? Just use a thin needle and align them manually. (I believe the method is mentioned in the owners manual)
CC *may* be the heather matrix. Pray that it isn't.
Sunroof is probably easy enough to fix depending on the problem.
What electrical niggles?

I can't help you in finding a garage (I don't let garages close to my car unless I *have* to), but there are probably people here able to detail exactly what you need to do to fix things yourself  Wink

Washers already sorted as suggested.  I think the CC is the Matrix and from reading previous replies over the past several months I know I'm not skilled enough to tackle that one although I would really like it sorted before the cold season starts.  I bought a replacment sunroof for £15 from a local chap breaking his car and it all went well until it came to lining up the winding mech.  I've since got some info of this site and will have a try at that myself once the rain stops! Been suffering with a draining battery for a few weeks and would happily pay for someone to isolate the problem for me.  Tried all the obvious ones (boot interior light. cig lighter, glove box etc) but again electrics not really my thing. As the car's mechanically good for a few years yet and I really enjoy driving it I'd be happy to throw a few quid on it to bring it back to full working order.

Re the power drain, put an amp meter/multi meter between the battery + and the system (with ALL electronics OFF. Including interior lights) and see what the drain is. Then start pulling fuses. This should isolate in which part of the circuit the problem lies.
