drivers side fusebox

Need to change thefuse box (electrical gremlins) but can,t find where it,s attatched to. Is it some where under the drivers footwell behind the dash

Have a look here: http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/fusebox.htm Click on the bottom picture, it's looking up from the drivers footwell, it should also be covered in felt which is held in place by 4 plastic poppers over the retaining nuts/studs you can see. Dave

Those who have tackled this describe laying on their backs in the drivers footwell with the seat as far back as possible. I would imagine that the use of one of these small LED 'headlights' would make life easier.

Sorry, can't offer any advise on replacing the fusebox I'm affraid, but regarding the LED headgear....Texaco garages are selling them for £3.99 at the moment. I got one the other day & it's perfect for working in confined spaces....although my little 3 year old boy kept shouting...."Daddy's got another eye "

Thanks for the advice on the light, I do a bit of work for a local rally team I,m sure they will have something I can borrow and before you say, no I can,t get them to do it they charge far too much
