auxilliary bel tensioner

does anybody know if you can buy the pulley that bolts on to the auxilliary belt tensioner on its own as we have been told by ford that you have to purchase the tensioner as well. Or is there and identical tensioner that can be used from another vehicle. Mine is a 2.3 twin cam automatic 1996 ultima.

the 2.0 uses the same one, as will many other ford engines i would expect. I have changed them for a second hand unit in the past and have spare tensioners and pulleys if you want one. Stuart
