EXHAUST MANIFOLD 2.9 24V 1996

I have investigated the blowing exhaust on my 24v and have found the exhaust manifold to be cracked (driverside) ...so am looking for a replacement looks a bit tight in there for spanners ...can i undo the engine mounting bracket and jack engine a little higher without breaking anything will tackle job over the next few day once i have caskets and replacement .....any gained knowleadge and tips would be most helpfull

well its the most awkward side but it can be undone without taking off the engine mounts, take off the head shields remove the studs (inverted torx) as its a right pain to try and slide the exhaust off and over them, drop the cat mounting brackets off, this will give you a bit more flexibility
