Hi. I am looking for a quote from a competent member to transplant a decent cossie lump into my ultima and connect it to the lpg system I'm running already. car is a 2.3 ultima running a yr 2000 single point lpg system. the reason i wanna keep the car is 4 new tyres new exhaust full extra sound deadening on the doors floor and boot and very nice full ice install so dont wanna just buy a cossie if yu understand. So can it bedone and how much will some one charge me for their skill and time? thanks

Its not just an engine swap though.
To do it right you would need Engine,gearbox, prop, diff, driveshafts, brakes, front shocks and springs, EDIS module, ECU etc,  
your 2.3 exhaust wont fit the 24v,  
Will your tyres be suitable for the 24v?
its quite an undertaking  Grin

and i don;t think your lpg will be up to the task. the 24v usually has 2 regulators and is multi point.

ok lads it sounds like a headache doesnt it.. i so want the cossie ultima now perhaps ill just buy the best s plate one left around and swap best of my car into that then how cheap are lpg conversions nowadays?
