I would guess they are but not sure.
the 24v and 12v have the same driveshafts but the 2.0 and 2.3 ones arent quite as heavy duty though they will fit if you use their original cv joints.
 
I would expect the diesel to also use the heavy duty version the same as the V6 but will need to have a look an see.. watch this space  Grin
