hello, has anyone aver fitted a turbo to any of the non turbo scorpios ? has any one dared to fit one to a 2.9 24v ? or has any one modified there turbo on there diesels ?

I have seen turbo's fitted to all of the engines that are fitted to the Scorpio range. But almost all are in Sierra's not Scorpio's. Out of all the petrol engines the 12V v6 is the easy/cheapest to do & responds the best to a bit of boost for the road.

Blimey .Didnt know you could get THAT much from a 12v.If only mine had less miles it would be worth considering but at 97,000 the cost of a re build & a blower conversion would certainly break the bank (& my neck if the wife ever found out )
