morning all, a couple of questions im sure someone will know the answers too. is there a button to override the child locks on rear electric windows? does a warning light come on dash when brake pads are low, thanks in advance.

The button for overriding the window locks is in the centre console above the handbrake.It should be a round black button with a red symbol in the middle.Sorry cant confirm about the pad light.I change mine every 10,000 miles so i,ve never seen it.Im sure someone will be along shortly to confirm where it is. Smiley

Do what I do, tell them it is air conditioned so they don't need the windows down, keeps the smell of burnt cooking oil out  Grin Grin

The Scorpio 94/98 does NOT have brake pad wear indicators . its one of the things they did away with on this model .
