How to insert pictures?

Could someone please point me in the direction of how to post pictures on the forums please as I don't seem to be able to do it very well let alone size them correctly. Thanks for your help. Wink

you need to host the photo somewhere like photobucket.com
then you insert the photo using the link from the photobucket site.
