Front Suspension & Springs

Hiya All
Advice required please.
I've searched the forums and found nowt - although it is possible for me to miss stuff 
Thinking I need to 'renew' the suspension on my 98 Cossie, which has done 130k now. It's obviously a little tired in the springy department (and sits a bit low on the back) but otherwise....mostly....it's ok, with the odd querk (well it is a Scorpio  ) - It's not been abused in it's former 1 owner capacity - only since I got it!
Anyway, I've got New Rear Shocks in the box, but need some advice on where to get a decent set of Fronts that won't cost more than the car...... and also what Springs to go for? Are Front shocks/Springs still available from FMD's - and/or are there any alternatives?
Anything else to consider? Like a set of Proflex Bushes while I'm at it - for example?
Your wisdom and advice would be greatly appreciated

As to where to get them from. I am sure those that have done these jobs will soon be along to tell you .. Ford Suspension Maunual should help.

my advice would be opt for something a little firmer than standard. these could be worth a look , someone suggested them to me on this site. I am waiting for the spare cash still. as my standard springs are mint there is no hurry.
