Yes. Fuse number 6,which is 30amp, located in the drivers side fuse box. Also fuse number 43, 30 amp, in the passenger side (auxillary) fuse box which covers the heating elements. Relay 26,yellow,in the centre console also covers the heated seats.
Go to THIS page and select pages 130 - 135 which detail all fuses and relays etc. Click on the bottom right hand corner of the page to enlarge.

Electric seats are powered by the Cigar Lighter circuit, fuse 43, 20 amp battery side fuse box.  See http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/images/battery_fusebox.gif.

Also, fuse 6, 30 amp, drivers side fuse box.  See http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/images/central_fusebox.gif.

Relay 26, yellow, in the centre console, (under the handbrake trim), is used for the seat heaters.  See http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/images/aux_relays.gif.

http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/seatsmanual.htm gives more details on seats, but be careful with airbags if you are swapping seats, e.g. cloth for leather.  Some of the later cars had an air bag in the drivers and passengers seat.   Some cars had mechanical seat belt pre-tensioners, while others have pyro-technic tensioners.  Please also consult this page... http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/airbagmanual.htm.

If you are disconnecting air bags, or swapping seats with air bags, please disconnect the battery for at least 15 minutes before hand to prevent accidental firing.

Best of luck, hope that it is just a fuse or a relay and not something more difficult to track down such as a a broken wire or bad connection.

Kev.
