Oh the irony!
If the engine is for a mkII Granada, then no, it's not the same and wont fir your Scorpio (well it might, but not in the way you're thinking). They didn't dor the mkIII's with a 2.3 irc.

I'm pretty sure the mk3 didn't come with a 2.3 (only 2.0, 2.4, 2.8 and 2.9 iirc), so if it's a 2.3 for a scorpio, it should be the same.

How many cylinders does it have ? (count the spark plugs if it,s easier).A 4 cylinder engine is what you are looking for.If it is a 6 cylinder then im afraid it wont fit.Hope this helps.Regards .....Craig
