Any ideas where best to get exhaust system for 2L 16V? Cat's on its way out, probably need a new one

Reason for all this is because #1 there's something that rattles, not all the time, might be the cat, not unusual apparently (well known in the trade for the insides to come loose on the Ford ones!); but sometimes makes it sound like a diesel at tickover. Also #2 there's still an occasional throttle hesitation at about 40 - 50 mph accelerating, much improved though after new plugs & O2 sensors, but still slightly present. It now implies cat not cleaning up the gas well enough so the O2 measurements are still off, so it's like the PCM resorts to 'experimenting' with the mixture settings (I'm just guessing). Mind you it has done 105,000 miles!
 
Plus #3 once we start taking it apart some bits may not go back on after they've been disturbed!
