Do I have self-leveling suspension ???

I have 1998 2.3 ultima estate could anyone let me know if I have self-leveling suspsion. Ive had a look underneath and dont see anything that tells me I have. Thanks in advance Tim

i think it came as standard on that model, but you should be able to test it by placing a weight over one corner of the boot.....

i think they did mike, however they're expensive to replace so a lot of owners replaced them with the standard item when needed.

hi there there's no 'standard' shocks for the estate, as such. a 'bodge' is to use sierra estate (i think) ones, as these are only about £100 a pair, instead of £400. they're not self levelling, though. hth
