hi there.
been a long time since i have been on here for any help (suppose thats just how good these scorps are though LOL) but, my sun roof has seased 
however i have a spare one off my spare car but cant figure out how to get the old sunroof out.
can anybody tell me how to do it? or send me to a page?

you'll need to remove the sunroof motor and turn the spindle with some mole grips, the fixing screws are under the glass
