Hi all Does anyone know which type- grade-weight oil the pump uses its on a 2.9i 12v not that i think the pump differs much from model to model. thanks in advance regards Adzs....

Pretty sure the oil is included along with the refrigerant - don't think you can add oil separately.

I believe it is PAG (not sure of the spec though) oil, which can be bought off the shelf in Halfords in small bottles. However, why do you think you need to add it separately? The correct amount of oil is added when the A/C system is recharged so if you're short of oil then it's probably best to get the whole system emptied and refilled by an A/C person. Personally I'd avoid the DIY refill kits if you're unsure of the history of the system but know it works. Darren
