Labour charge sounds reasonable to me.
New ATF will probably be between £20 ~ £30.
Filter and gasket prices look about right and you will need 1 new bolt to fit the new filter due to a small filter modification by Ford. Filter is referred to as a 'screen' in the parts list.
You will also need new 'O' rings.
Don't know why they say you need 18 new sump bolts though ?

Ultima4.
I did one last week, the new gasket F6941997 was the same as always, the bolts are long enough for two gaskets !.The filter is F4000411,they call it a screen. The price of the parts is about right. It's best to leave it draining at least overnight, you will only get about 5 litres of oil back in because modern torque converters can't be drained in situ. The boss where the bolt goes through the filter is thinner than the old filters,so to avoid cutting the bolt you need four little washers or a spacer to take up the difference.
