Changed the oil and filter in my auto box yesterday, but i only managed to get 4L of oil in the boxonce it was back together which seems stange as i have an oil cooler as well which i emptied, is it normal to only get this much oil back in or could there be an air block somewhere?

sierra20. If you dont leave it draining at least overnight(I try to leave mine for two days) that may be the reason.Usually I can only get five litres in,because modern torque converters have to be removed to drain.I would not expect an air lock in an autobox. GOZZ.
